W zespole pałacowym może zamieszkać 27 osób w pokojach jedno- i dwuosobowych. W pokojach zainstalowano telewizję i telefony.
Żydowski Dom Starców i Sierot w Lublinie tzw. "Ochronka" - znajduje się w Lublinie na Starym Mieście przy ulicy Grodzkiej 11.
W budynku mieściły się pomieszczenia przeznaczone dla sierot, kalek oraz starców. W innych pomieszczeniach znajdowały się również biura Gminy Wyznaniowej Żydowskiej w Lublinie. Podczas II wojny światowej, 24 marca 1942 roku hitlerowcy wywieźli sieroty, starców, kaleki oraz ich opiekunów na łąki na Tatarach i rozstrzelali.
